Frequently asked questions

Is Tenon compatible with all laptops and devices?
Yes. Whether you’re using a MacBook, Windows laptop, or external monitor, the Tenon desk and Pebble Pro dock are designed to be universally compatible via USB-C and standard ports.

Does the white frame Tenon come with a white power cord?                                            No. All Tenon models come with a black power cord. Some images show a white cable, but those were early production samples and not representative of the final product.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell or gift the product to someone else?                       Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. This policy helps us ensure that all warranty claims are tied to verified orders and that the product has been used under proper conditions.

If you’re purchasing a beflo product second hand, please note that warranty coverage does not apply, even if the product is still within the original warranty period.

Can Tenon work with other monitor arms?
Yes. Tenon’s desktop is compatible with many standard monitor arms that use clamp or grommet mounts. If you want to be sure yours is compatible, reach out to our team so we can check for you.

Will there be more Tenon desk accessories in the future?

What’s the difference between Tenon and Tenon Premium?
The standard Tenon desk features a painted plywood surface and does not include the Flow Kit unless added at checkout. The Premium version comes with the Flow Kit pre-installed and is topped with a high-quality hardwood surface featuring a durable, water-resistant coating.

Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. If you require installation by one of our inhouse experts, this will be extra. Nobody build our furniture better than ourselves!

Does the desk make noise when adjusting?
Barely. The motor is whisper-quiet, so you can adjust your height without interrupting calls, focus, or flow.

Can I schedule standing reminders or movement prompts?
Yes. Through the Beflo app, you can set custom reminders to stand, move, or reset posture throughout the day—perfect for staying in rhythm.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the smart features?
Not at all. If you can use a smartphone, you can use Tenon. The app is optional, the touchscreen is intuitive, and everything is designed to feel effortless, not complicated
